Cleveland is in Ohio, in the Midwest, where summers are warm, winters are cold and snowy, and most errands are done by car; businesses keep steady year-round hours with the usual holiday changes. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Cleveland follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. I don’t write reviews but this time I have been forced to do so due to blatant disrespect (CURSING) and total a lack of professionalism. I had my windshield tinted on July 3rd. During the drive home I noticed different imperfections and Two splits in the finish and return to the shop to have my windshield tint replaced and paid an additional $54,00 for the ceramic upgrade. During my wait the technician who originally did the work blamed me for the damage and began cursing me out in front of his teammate and other customers. I spoke with the receptionist to request a refund and she assured me the work would be done properly. Finally Three hours later a different technician began working on my vehicle. The work was done properly this second time around but I will not ever spend another red cent with this company.

These are guys are fast and they do a great job. I walked in without an appointment and was taken right away. They let me know what the options were for tint and explained the different tint percentages, how long the process would take, as well as letting me know that I would not be able to roll my windows down for some days as this could ruin the tint. I had my 2 driver's front windows done and a sun strip on my windshield. I don't think I even waited a hour before they told me that I was all set. Everyone was very polite and helpful. Thank you guys! I love the way my car looks.

The Tint Max staff and technicians are absolutely amazing first class service from start to finish. The technicians get your car started quick and reassure you by answering any questions you have about the process. The price is unbeatable and the work is absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend Tint Max!

Honestly that work speaks for them. Two windows done and under a half hour. Yeah I'll take that all day! Pulled my truck in said hey can you make the fronts match the back and they did! The guys are really nice double checked what I wanted got it done and got me out of there. Well worth the drive from the west side. I will be taking my wife's car here to get her front windows done. Also... Now that the front is done I will most likely take the truck back to get the rear darker. Thanks guys!
